Adopt A Highway

Adopt-A-Highway Club 

Dixon High School has adopted a highway, and if you’d like to help us keep it clean, join our Adopt-A-Highway Club.  Mrs. McDowell is your point of contact and can be reached at Marcie.mcdowell@onslow.k12.nc.us 

We will be going out four times during the school year from 8:00am to 10 AM on various Saturdays.  This is a great bullet for a college application and later a resume, and students who volunteer at least two out of the four times will receive a certificate of appreciation for volunteering their time. 

All students will need to watch a safety video and fill out a Youth Participation Release Form. This form is available from Mrs. McDowell and will need to be signed by a parent or guardian before the student can come out to the clean-up date(s).
