The file above is for the trip and to secure your spot. Both parent and student need to initial beside each number of rules. Once initialed and signed please return to Mr Saenz to secure your trip spot. Chorus students do to Ms Williams

 

Student Payment Schedule

October 9                         First Deposit Due $163 (secures spot on trip)
November 6                    2nd Payment.  $163  (After this date, payments are not refundable)
December 4                     3rd Payment. $163.  
January 8                         4th Payment.  $163
February 5                       5th Final Payment Due  $163 

Chaperone Payment Schedule 

October 9                         First Deposit Due $182 (secures spot on trip)
November 6                    2nd Payment.  $182  (After this date, payments are not refundable)
December 4                     3rd Payment. $182.
